A. Shipping Information and Delivery Costs
Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within 2–3 working days via a partnered courier company (courier).
Shipping costs are as follows:
Payment by debit/credit card or bank deposit has no extra charge.
The partnered courier companies are ACS, ELTA Courier, DHL, UPS.
You may also pick up your order from the store (or by phone arrangement). In this case, the shipping cost is free! Please call us before visiting the store to confirm that your order is ready.
B. Order Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders placed by 14:00 are usually shipped the next day, depending on the destination, provided the availability status of all products is: “In Stock”. You can see the availability status of each product on its description page.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will be notified by email (if you provided your email address) or by SMS (if you provided a mobile number) with the tracking number. You can then track your shipment on the courier company’s website.
Delivery usually takes place the next working day after shipping. In some islands and remote areas, one additional working day may be required. Couriers do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery time depends on the courier’s route and cannot be known in advance. If you prefer a specific delivery time, you can write it in your order comments. We will forward this to the courier company, which will take the request into consideration, without obligation.
Note that the courier company is an external partner of our business.
C. Return Policy
To return products, it is necessary to have the purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., retail receipt, invoice).
1) Defective Products
In case of a defective product, please contact our business for a replacement. We will replace the product as long as the legal conditions are met and these terms are followed.
2) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, obtained physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify our business within the above period, either by phone or email.
The right of withdrawal provided in Articles 3e to 3ia of Law 2251/1994 does not apply to:
a) goods made to the consumer’s specifications,
b) goods damaged by the consumer,
c) goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear),
d) goods whose packaging has been destroyed.
Products must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by the purchase receipt (receipt – invoice).

3) Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of return, under these conditions, the consumer may choose:
– to receive a refund,
– to replace the product with one of equal or greater value by paying the difference,
– to receive store credit for future purchases on www.repairlogic.gr.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No return fees will be charged unless the consumer requests a different method.
If the purchase was made by credit/debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the refund processed to the consumer’s account within 14 calendar days from the day we were informed.
If the purchase was made via cash on delivery or if refunding through the original payment method is not possible, the refund will be made by deposit to a bank account provided by the consumer, at no extra cost.
If the reason for the return is due to a mistake by our company or a defective product, return shipping costs are covered by us. Otherwise, return costs are borne by the customer.
4) Return Process and Methods
1. At our physical store:
You may visit our store (Kifisias 234-236 & Kassaveti 1, Kifisia), where our staff will inspect the product and assist you. If you wish to exchange the product, please call first to confirm availability.
2. Product shipment:
You may send the product to our headquarters following this process: Pack the product in the original delivery box. Include the completed withdrawal form (you can find a sample by clicking here) and send the parcel via the same courier company used for delivery, to the attention of our Returns Department.

5) Order Cancellations
Once you place your order at www.repairlogic.gr, you may cancel it by sending a follow-up email to repairlogic.kif@gmail.com within two (2) hours, as long as the products have not been handed over for shipment.
Please include your order number for faster service.
Notes
Our company reserves the right to legally modify the terms of this “Shipping & Return Policy” by publishing the updated terms on this website.
In the case of repeated returns by a consumer, our company reserves the right to refuse future returns due to abuse of the withdrawal or replacement process, even if the formal conditions are met (Art. 281 Civil Code).
Product photos on www.repairlogic.gr are not binding representations of the actual products.
If the legal procedure or conditions are not followed, the product will be returned to the consumer, who will bear the packaging and return shipping costs.
