PRODUCT SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

A. Shipping Information and Shipping Costs 

Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within 2-3 working days with a cooperating courier company. 

The cooperating courier companies are ACS UPS DHL ELTA Courier.

You can also pick up your order from the store (or by phone). In this case the shipping cost is free! Before you go through our store please call us to make sure your order is ready.

B. Time of Sending and Receiving the Order

Orders placed until 14:00 are usually shipped the next day and depending on the place of destination, provided that for all products their availability status is: “Immediate Availability (in stock)”. You can see the availability status of each product on its description page on this website.

Once the parcel is delivered to the cooperating courier company, you will be notified by email (if you have stated your email address) or by sms (if you have stated a mobile phone number) for the shipping code. Then you can follow the progress of your parcel on the website of the courier company with which the shipment is made.

The product is usually received on the next working day of shipment. In some islands and remote areas an additional working day may be required. On weekends there are no deliveries by the Courier Company.

The delivery time depends each time on the courier route and can not be known when sending the order. If you prefer a specific delivery time, you can write it in the comments of your order. From our side we will transfer it to the cooperating courier company, which takes into account these comments, without committing itself.

Note that the Courier Company is an external partner of our Company.

C. Return Policy

A necessary condition for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product, contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the present conditions are observed.

2) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the next day that you or a third party, nominated by you and various of the carrier, acquired / in the physical possession of the respective goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform our Company, within the above deadline, either by phone or via email.

The right of withdrawal provided in articles 3e to 3ia of Law 2251/1994 does not apply a) to the supply of goods manufactured according to the individual specifications of the consumer, b) to the supply of goods, which have been damaged due to the fault of the consumer, c ) in the supply of goods which, due to hygiene, are not suitable for return (eg underwear) and d) in the supply of goods whose packaging is damaged.

The purchased products must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant document (receipt – invoice) of sale.

3) Consequences of withdrawal

In case of return of a product, within the framework of these terms, the consumer has the option to choose, either to be refunded the amount paid, or to replace the product that returns with a product of at least equal value or greater covering any difference, or to credit the amount of the value of the returned product in the personal account he maintains in the online store www.repairlogic.gr

The above refund will be made by the Company, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless the latter expressly agrees otherwise. In any case, no fee will be charged for such a refund, unless the consumer proposes a different means of refund (from the one he used in the original transaction).

If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the corresponding update (credit) of the consumer’s account will be made, within 14 calendar days from the day following the day when the Company was informed about it.

If the purchase was made by cash on delivery at the place of delivery, or in any case it is not possible to return the money by the means used in the original transaction, the refund in case of withdrawal will be made by arrangement, by a deposit in a bank account which will be indicated by the consumer at his own expense.

In case the reason for returning/changing the product is due to a mistake of the Company or a defective product, the return costs are borne by the Company, otherwise, the return costs are borne by the consumer/customer.

4) Product Return Procedure and Ways

1. In our physical store:

You can visit our physical store (Kifisias 234-236 & Kassaveti 1 Kifisia Athens), where our staff will check the condition of the product and will serve you. If you wish to replace the product with another, it is recommended that you contact our store in advance to confirm the availability of the new product.

2. Product Shipping:

You can send the product to us at the headquarters of our Company following the following procedure: First, you pack the product in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package, you place a completed withdrawal form (a relevant model can be found by clicking here and send the parcel, through the courier company from which you received your order, in view of the Returns Department of our Company.

5) Order cancellations

If you place your order in our online store www.repairlogic.gr it can be canceled, by sending an e-mail to repairlogic.kif@gmail.com, within of the next two (2) hours, and if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment.

For your best service, enter the number of your order. 

D. Remarks

Our Company reserves the right to legally modify the terms of this “SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS & RETURN POLICY”, by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on this website.

In case of repeated returns by the consumer, the Company reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).

The photos of the products that are posted on the website www.repairlogic.gr can in no case be binding on our Company.

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.

The staff of our Company is by your side, at all times, before and after the delivery of our products, ready to contribute to the solution of any problem and/or question you may encounter.
